Buttery, cinnamon and maple syrup. This beer pulls off all the flavors of French toast.

Packing/moving beer. Surprised this isn’t rated higher but maybe it’s polarizing. Backwoods bastard is one of my favorite available year round beers so I’m biased but this nails the French toast flavor. Wish I could find more. Also rounded out the move.

Better than I remember it. Big maple but not cloyingly sweet. Still slightly prefer the base, but this is a nice fall beer.

This was not good. Way too sweet, maple is overpowering. Tastes like bad French toast in overly maple syrup

12oz bottle. The nose and taste seemed a bit more artificial this year and more cinnamon & maple forward than ever. Also had some butterscotch notes. I like it, but last year’s was better. 4.18 adding bourbon to cut the cinnamon & sweetness.
