A repeat but a great Scotch Ale. I’ll bump it up to 4.0%. 8.5% Alcohol with caramel notes!

Not malt liquor, but strong scotch malt has me thinking about 40oz Fridays and Wu Tang Clan. Don’t judge.

A nice malty scotch ale, full of flavor. Not quite as good as the backwoods bastard which is a little more balanced with bitterness and the barrel aging makes it shine. Still good, just makes me want the backwoods bastard.

Just when I think Founders has changed, the same old thing. Definitely the last time I will ever try this brewery. (And no, I'm not talking about this particular brew)
