Här händer det mycket! Väldigt komplex som kräver sin man. Den byter skepnad om och om igen. Alla sidor är inte helt angenäma dock. Den börjar mer surt kaffe som utvecklas till bitter choklad som utvecklas till vaniljglass osv..

Super complex flavors but all blend together. Nice heat from both the spiciness and booziness, smoke adds a nice complement with pulled pork BBQ. Chocolate comes through on the sniff but so subtle on flavor.

Bottle 2023-08-03, Batch 2216 6. Brown sugar, coffee, vanilla and cocoa powder on the nose with a hint of oak and leather. Rich and creamy, vanilla, honey, coffee and dark chocolate and cocoa powder. I have to get a bottle or two to age for a bit.
