Another mid-afternoon thunderstorm in Florida. It’s not my favorite go-to porter (Georgetown’s “9lb”), but this one does the trick.

Darkly roasted malt and hoppy character! Notes of dark chocolate, coffees! Pretty sweet with a slight bitterness ! Smooth, soft , rich, full and balanced! Likeable and taste! A bus and pleasant porter! Cheers!

Nase wunderbare Schokolade, im Hintergrund ein Hauch Kaffee. Im Geschmack schöne Röstaromen, schokoladige Malzigkeit und zum Ende hin Kaffeebitternote. Astrein, gerade zu dem Kurs!

Wow. I love porters. Every time i drink one i feel like those scenes in that’s so raven when it zooms into her eye and it’s a flashback of morning i watched Clifford the big red dog movie then went to Waffle House at 12am when i was 8

Black in color; medium bodied; some roasted flavor at the finish; not as heavy as a stout, but still with a little dark beer flavor; not bad, but nothing exceptional either.
