Trevligt. Bättre kall, blev lite för söt sen. Men härligt med en tung scotch ale med hintar av lönnsirap.

Maple, vanilla aromas. Rich mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and maple. Just a touch of bourbon. On the sweeter side, but it’s tasty.

The aging dulled the sweetness (but kept the flavor) and brought out more of the booziness. Yes, please! Really good! Actually 4.4

Woow.

Butterscotch, maple syrup, toasted bread and Bourbon. Excellent treat to go with Norifumi Suzuki’s Terrifying Girls’s High School: Lynch Law Classroom (1973). 42/50

Super strong notes of maple syrup. Smooth drinker with a medium body and a lighter finish than any beer this strong should ever have. Fantastic bottle

Strong maple syrup. Hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Definitely tastes like French toast. I wouldn't drink a bunch of this, and a pint would be *a lot*, but it's well executed.

A whole menagerie of big flavors! Not exactly a Christmas beer, but the flavor profile suggests it. Not a bad way to end a 1/2 way to Christmas celebration. Ho,Ho,Ho!

Strong Cinnamon and maple syrup flavor. And feels like burned something But, i'm not found seems like backwoods bastards. If looking for that? Sour taste is similar. Beer is very good.

Delicious! May have to try 8oz as it seems like it could get a little overwhelmingly sweet and spiced.

Sweet, cinnamon, maple deliciousness… insanely delicious! Selectively smooth, hides the ABV by several percent. Delightful!

If Founders ever decides to age this in bourbon, they could really have a hit on their hands.

Slightly boozy but at its heart we get the original distinct style scotch ale along with extremely strong notes of maple syrup.

French toast in a bottle... Not as sweet as I thought it would be. I'll have another one with my Cheerios on Sinday! 🤣
