Very boozy beer, the scotch is present in the first sip but it is not overpowering. Nice sipping beer.

Sweet and boozy. Tasty bourbon notes. Wee heavy indeed, think I’m done with ladders today. Warren County takes pride in everything they do!

I am drinking a fresh bottle of Backwoods. This is extremely smooth and easier drinking compared to many past years. It's really good. I hope they do Better Half again too, and soon.

This bastard is a scotch ale that can be enjoyed easily. Drinks easier, and faster than the typical barrel aged. And tasted better too - from start to finish. This is a winner!

Wow, exceptional bourbon barrel-aged Scotch ale. Lots of flavor but still really smooth.
