3 years since I last had this, and then, it had sat in the cellar for a few years. This one is fresh. 12.10.21, I’m putting the rest in the cellar with the rest of the bottle conditioned stuff. This still makes beer happiness in me.

No complaints, delicious, just had it with some popcorn, but I could see this being great with a meal or just by itself as a dessert.

Hanging with Rob B. Has rubbed off on me. I really enjoy barrel aged beer. I chose this good one for my 1200th beer. Lots going on here with the Scotch barrel adding some bitterness.

Strong vanilla notes up front. Strong abv is smoothed over by the barrel notes. No noticeable smokiness, but overall delicious.

Fine...smooth.. Scotch O' Ale meeting in the flavourful Bourbon barrels. Quite nice.
