I’ve missed Rochester Mills Brewing’s Blueberry Pancake Milkshake Stout, and this one fills that void. Nice deep stout with a nice strong blueberry. That bourbon barrel aging gives it a big kick. This might be my favorite of the barrel aged series

This rating is strictly personal preference. I am not typically a fan of anything labeled imperial and thought I'd try it. Still not a fan though I did like the blueberry but once it warmed it's "imperialness" just overpowerd the parts I liked.

Decent. Not my favorite. Coffee on the nose, but the blueberries come through in the flavor. The barreling definitely works for me but overall just a so-so offering.

A lot of coffee on the nose but then blueberry in the sip. Tarter than you would expect. I’m not sure this works for me. Kind of weirdly bitter.

I don't know, I'm not loving it. It's not bad, but it feels harsh. Maybe an aged one would calm some of the flavor down.

Was going to rate it lower, but it got significantly better as it warmed up. Always let these beers warm up.

Not sure how about this one, too much blueberries 🫐 It’s time to celebrate two decades of barrel-aging imperial stouts with KBS Blueberry. In honor of the 20th anniversary of KBS, we’ve given this legendary beer a dose of Michigan blueberries 🤤👍🏼🍻

Delicious. Perfect dessert beer. Served at room temperature is preferable and brings out more aroma and flavor.

Worth a shot. A little too much Blueberry. It's got a tart undertone from the blueberry and could benefit from more vanilla. Give it a few years of aging and I bet this will be 👌

So back in 2018 (at least right around that time) I had a taproom only blueberry cobbler stout at the Grand Rapids location. To this day, best beer of my life. This is not that. It’s a great KBS and the blueberry tartness cuts the malt of the KBS.
