The maple syrup is flavorful, but the spice overwhelms the finish. Overall, a worthy effort. Cheers!

Spiced rum. Very sweet. Very boozy. Reminded me of strong old ales. Not really a fan. Wish it was more of a stout in character. Ah well - worth a shot.

Maple and caramel some spices then barrel comes in and makes this fun. Almost a spiced rum flavor results sweet and complex

Unique combo aged in bourbon barrels. Fits the season and pairs well with football.

On a cool fall evening, something strong. Bourbon, maple, cinnamon, & nutmeg (& no pumpkin) works fine for my autumnal cocooning. Sweet & boozy & thus warming.

VERY strong, can definitely tell it’s barrel-aged. Also extremely sweet from the maple syrup. Not my style

Wow! Strong seasonal with a sweet maple finish and bourbon forward notes. Dark, deep amber color. Enjoyable beer.

Surprisingly sweet and totally giving off molasses and spices. Not too bad!

None of the pumpkin, maple or Bourbon flavors are overpowering, but rather are somewhat subdued.

Had this last weekend and forgot to check in. Too much maple syrup. I barely picked up any spices that people are claiming. Some spice would balance it much better. Hides the abv well. Is interesting at least.

Seasonally appropriate on the fall equinox. Pumpkin spice and maple sweetness, but not cloying. Major stealth ABV! Thanks Gale B.

I don’t know why this is rated so low. So much pumpkin, so much spice, plenty of maple sweetness, good barrel flavors and super rich. Fantastic fall beer.

Very hard to describe. Has the odor of whiskey and tastes nothing like it. Very interesting ale, very rich in taste.
