Delicious fruit beer with a bourbon edge and a medium, hearty body.

Now that’s a sweet fruit brew. Pours a reddish plum with pinkish head. Very sweet and tart ale, cranberry and orange peel forward. There’s a bit of vanilla and oak finish, but not so much bourbon. Full bodied brew, good carbonation.

A tad on the sweet side with cocktail-inspired flavors of cherry and orange bitters. The cranberry and Bourbon notes are more subtle.

Definite cranberry flavor but a good blend overall. I like it!

Not bad at all. Slightly medicinal, which I like in this one. Little tart cranberry, lightly citrusy orange peel, and sweet cherry meets woody dry bourbon barrel.

Not at all a ‘cranberry beer’ - really balanced and tasty.

Pours burnt mahogany in color with a generous head and fruity bouquet. Strong, sharp start leads to a tart, cranberry /cherry body. Finishes sharp and juicy with lingering booziness from BBA. Somewhat like a spiked fruitcake in a glass. Good stuff!

Much better than the avg ratings would suggest. Mild tartness from the cranberries without the normal sourness of a 'sour' style beer.

Getting the whiskey flavor with some tart cranberry on finish. Hint of orange on the finish. Solid beer. Late 9th day of Christmas beers. Merry Christmas everyone

Some classic Founders here. Not what I expected from a barrel age, but it does the job.

Lovely flavors of orange and cranberry with just a touch tart sweet profile. Not much oak barrel character. 11.1% abv.

Cranberry forward, oak and orange peel as it warms. Slightly tart with a nice malt backbone. Nice brew.
