Hazelnut and fudge. Slight bourbon. Not as thick or bourbony as KBS. But a flavorful stout.

"Imperial Stout with chocolate, hazelnut flavored coffee & fudge flavored coffee aged in Bourbon Barrels". Very thin, light coffee, light chocolate. I don't get the barrel. Too light and not enough flavor. Decent beer, but could be better.

I enjoyed staying in and drinking this one, but there may be other stouts more worthy going out for. Still very good.

Big, sweet chocolate stout. Overall flavor is nice but you get a little coconut-tinged artificial chocolate flavor up front and again at the finish

Tastes exactly as described in the bottle. Hazelnut, coffee, chocolate. Barrel comes in on the backend.

A newer one in Founders Barrel Aged series, this one is bourbon barred aged and flavored with chocolate & hazelnut coffee, the hazelnut is subtle. 10.6% ABV.

Btl Nov.27.23 huge chocolate followed w/ hazelnut and vanilla and coffee. Barrel blends into the finish and rounds out the sweet adjuncts. Full bodied sweet stout. Fun recipe - great execution imho
