Unbalanced. Spicy green peppers push chocolate aside. No bourbon.

Not as chocolatey or spicy as we hoped. I get a bitter whang but maybe that was supposed to be the spice? An OK stout but a "meh" pastry.

11-18 spicy, like respectable level heat, plus, the warming ABV heat, makes this smooth and chocolately imperial stout a great beer to relax with. 🍻

Lots of chocolate. Light cherry, then coffee finish. Hides ABV well. Nice Job Founders!
