Sweet chocolate aroma, chocolate taste with a hint of heat. Chocolate flavor is similar to Founders maple Mackinaw fudge.

I had to let this one warm to get the full chocolate flavor. I get milk chocolate with roasty malts and then the chili pepper spice hits me but not a overly strong which makes for a very nice blend.

12% BBA Imperial Stout with Coffee, Chocolate, and Chili Peppers I get chocolate on the sip, peppers are light on the finish but linger on the tongue begging for another sip. Full bodied Stout with a thick mouthfeel, all very good. Coffee in the middle

Pretty good on the chocolate flavor, rather light on the spicy which is fine by me. The opposite seems true as it warms.

A bit spicy and chocolate with quite a bit of sweetness and malty character. Like a mix of xocoveza and a KBS, but with a bit more sweetness than either. I like the thickness and the flavor.

I didn’t think I’d like the pepper adjunct but it’s very subtle. Chocolate comes through far more noticeably. Turns out I like it. It’s been awhile since I could say that about a KBS variant. Too many crazy fruit mixtures lately.
