Perfect amount of spice to pair with the amazing bitter dark chocolate.

The chocolate is prominent, the spice subtle. Nice stout not too thick.

Nice little brunch beer. I don’t get the chili pepper, but more of a cinnamon so not to spicy at all

Fantastic beer. Chocolate and nutmeg with chille slow heat on the way down.

I usually am not a fan of spicy beers. But the spice was mellow and allowed the stout base to come through. Well done.

Spicy pepper is subtle, as was this photo bomb by Caily. Overall delicious and typical excellent KBS.

Not overly spicy. The chile heat is balanced by the chocolate and boozy bourbon notes. Outstanding.

Just a hint of pepper on the nose. A dusting of pepper up front with a nice coco powder body mid palate. A nice warm attractive pepper feel on the finish finishes a solid ride.

Medium roast coffee aroma, slight warmth, not overly sweet. Warmed: dark chocolate forward, roasty overall, slight spice at the middle.

Had to try it to check off each beer of the KBS series. Enjoyed this one much more than the last 2 releases. Wish founders hadn’t become sellouts

Love the heat right off the top in this - it mellows out to a more cinnamon flair. Nice chocolate notes on the finish.

Peppers chocolate and still quite smooth. Not my favorite variant of kbs was fun to try.

Smells of spice oak and chocolate, vinous notes, the spice is at the back of the throat, sugar baby sweetness
