The slice and chocolate really come through on this KBS. Well done!

Never a bad KBS,but not my favorite adjuncts. Not overwhelming but not real pleasant pepper instead of usual coffee.

Just a touch of spice on the end, KBS always smacks

The spice is a slight alcohol taste. So tasty!

It's the same KBS base with chocolate notes. The spiciness comes out as it warms.

Full flavored brew. Semi sweet chocolate with a mix of chili notes. Not hot, but enjoyable. Slight smoky finish.

4.15/5 Not getting much of that spicey note (Don't get where this is Mole inspired either) Tastes nothing like any Mole I've ever had.

Mehh. Not worth the price tag. Didn't taste like spicy chocolate. I loved Mackinac fudge and cherry chocolate kbs.

Chocolate, coffee, vanilla and spicy taste highlight this Barrel-Aged Stout. I’m not a peppery beer guy but it works. Typical KBS Stout to start so that’s a good thing. Hides the ABV a bit.

There’s no spice, maybe at the end. A little cardboardy. Thinnish.

Thank you Roger owner of Bestway (A UofM grad),for keeping a good supply of home beers. The spice is subtle but chocolate isn't, dangerously drinkable.

Notes of chocolate, coffee, a hint of peppery spice, and lovely booziness!

I was expecting more spice, but I’m not disappointed. This is an amazing Imp stout. My favorite KBS version so far.

I had high hopes for another KBS variation but this one came across as rather pedestrian, relatively speaking. Still an excellent beer, just didn’t wow me.

The spice lingers but not in an uncomfortable way. The barrel seems to get lost in this variant.
