Not the better half, but tasty. A little more hoppy.

Insanely sweet, yet well supported and not cloying. Lots of oak tannins and just a kiss of hops in the finish. As always, this is so good!

Very malty early on. Fades away to a molasses sweetness. Not as much oomph as the Other Half. But the Other half ages for 250+ days. It has an oaky, action. A full mouthfeel. I give it a 6/10 on the hairiness scale.

That malty, molasses, dark fruit good good. Makes me want to break out a better half.

Cripes this is boozy. Big molasses, raisin, vanilla, bit of coffee notes too. Sweet finish. 2016 bottle.
