IPA - Triple New England / Hazy

We turn 5 years old in 2020 and to celebrate We decided to brew a silly monster of a Triple IPA. Hej 5 has been dry-hopped no less than 5 times with 5 hops; Citra, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Idaho 7. Hej 5 Is large, lush and bursting with jubilant tropical flavours. Thank you for the first 5 years and here’s to many more!

hazy pour, just a faint dankness on the nose. mouthfeel’s supersmooth n creamy but the strength hit’s you straight away. slight bitterness on the chaser. unique brew for sure, very troposweet, very strong.

Super dikke, sappige, tropische, medium hoppige, vol troebele, alcoholische en bijna romige fruitpunch. Perzik, abrikoos, sinaasappel, pomelo, licht harsig. Mooie balans tussen bitter en zacht zoet, zoals het hoort. Heerlijk.
