Free Fall Flow

IPA - Rye

We were very happy to have our good friends from Slowburn come and visit us to brew a modern IPA with a crisp bite of Rye. The malted Rye adds spiciness and drinkability to a pleasantly full bodied IPA. Free Fall Flow is dry-hopped with Idaho-7, Galaxy and Simcoe, giving you Lychee and Pineapple on the nose with a finish of Grapefruit and Peach.

After my first disappointing Garage Beer can, here's my first disappointing Dry & Bitter can. Is the Beer Apocalypse a-coming? This beer got me bored after just two sips. Fresh can but rather unsatisfying. Sweet malty, hoppy bitters, not very complex.

Nicer than the headband, but not a patch on the first beer, Woodbreaker.

Kæmpe forvirring når jeg drikker den her øl. Jeg kan ikke helt gennemskue hvor den vil have mig hen. Smagsmæssigt utrolig meget rundt omkring og inden jeg helt 100 % har smagt efter overtager det bitre.

BB 2-21... savory scent and taste, overripe tropical fruit, a bit ashy. Very sweet.

Nose of ripe tropical fruit with a savory edge. Quite sweet in the core. Think this has lost some of its edge. My fault for leaving it too long (BB 02/21). No rating therefore…
