Très douce, des notes sucrées, pas ou peu d’amertume, plutôt vegetale. Sympa le concept : série de deux bières brassées identiquement , juste les deux levures de neipa qui changent, hâte de voir l’autre alors 😜 un 3,9 ☺️

Vraiment délice cette levure, accompagnée du Classic Citra, du délice El dorado et de chinook qui fonctionne bien pour le coup.. allait chui généreux soirce mais ça glisse seultout !!

Nose: Grapefruit, mango, sweetness. Taste: Juicy, medium body, lemon, mango, bitter, a little sprit(alkohol).!

So, exact same beer as the last one. But with a different yeast. Piney, dry. More boozy than the first one.
