Første gang jeg smager Ampersand på fad. Lægger ud med Mosaic, dobbelt tørhumlet. Humlen fremtræder meget rent på en perfekt balanceret NEIPA frugtbund. Pivfrisk og lige så god som på fad!

Jeg er ikke helt oppe og ringe over denne øl. Trods godt humør efter en vanvittig fodboldkamp er øllen ikke på niveau med hvad jeg er vant til. En lidt udefinerbar eftersmag trækker ned. 6/10. COYG 👏 👏 👏 Arsenal 3 Man U 2 👏👏👏

A very well balanced DDH IPA. Nice hops.

Another hoppy one nose of mango and taste as well. On top of that this taste quite newly tapped, grassy, herbal and a little bit piney.

Profumata, aromatica, amarognola, ben fatta e buona; anche perchè a me piace ancora molto il Mosaic. Che poi secondo me renda ancor meglio in un “ambiente” più secco ed asciutto, con una base maltata meno torbida e neutra, in pratica, è un altro discorso.

En ok øl IPA over gennemsnittet, fin frugt smag, og tørhed i eftersmagen. Fin øl men har fået dem som var bedre.

Dank, hoppy, some mango notes. A hint of saltiness as well. Full and creamy.
