CD-THT 23/02/22-24. Geur kardemom, kaneel, zoute drop, wat sojasaus. Smaak sluit aan, zoet (eigenlijk té, zeker na 44cl), vol, dik, olieachtig, plakkerig, wat choco nog, iets van moutbittere afdronk. 3,75-

Spicy nose on the cardamom and cinnamon. In mouth, sweet attack on chocolate notes, with lactose, along with strong cardamom notes, lighter cinnamon, and some vanilla. Bitter and roasty finish, dryer than the rest. Thick body, medium carb. Nice.

Very well balanced imperial stout. Sweet but not oversweet. Roasty without being bitter. Spiced without being overpowered. The cinnamon flavour should be stronger to resemble kanelstang, but it's really enjoyable.

Sort m lille brun hoved. Meget maltet, karamel, ristet, brændt, lakrids, krydret, kardemomme, kanel, vanilje, duft af kaffe, let sødlig, laktose. Fyldig krop, noget flad.

Starts out quite spiced, but then quickly turns sweeter and more rounded. Primary association is somehow teriyaki. Interesting beer. Bit perfect and not something you'd drink loads of. But absolutely something you should try out!

A l'issu d'une dégustation de 7 Stout, celle-là remporté la 1ère place! Puissante, torréfiée, notes de cacao amer cassé par le lactose, cannelle pas envahissante, cardamome à peine perceptible. Un petite chef-d'œuvre du côté obscure !!! 🍻🍻🍻
