Nose is dry and funky with notes of sour cherries and wet wood. Taste is almost creamy with some sour cherries, some cherry pits/almond flavours, slightly sour, tart, somewhat drying, a bit of bitterness and wet barrels.

Juice of tart sun-kissed cherries. Quite mellow sour with a mild sweetness and softness to it that lands it in the low-acidity end of the scale. So pretty friendly with a tart woody edge.

Den er altså spændende den her. Kirsebærsten og mandel både i smag og aroma. Dejlig tør uden at være helt udtørrende. Noget funk også og fin tilpas syrlighed der heller ik kammer over.

Pours medium purple, nose is vineous with cherry, puckering sourness in the mouth, dry and fluffy, a bit lacking body and punch.
