Nez très noyaux de cerise, en bouche bien cave / cul du cheval, grosse cerise sur le noyaux qui garde un peu de gourmandise, du corps, très agréable.

Fermenting red grape stum. Medium funky, fruity sourness. Light horsestall. Dry and prickly. Dry out the mouth after a sour cherry midtaste. Balanced. After several sip a bit acetic acidity attacking the pallate. Low cherry seed notes. Nice complexity.

Entre vinaigre et petit bonbon. Parfaite supercherie à administrer sans hésitation aux enfants dont il faudrait encourager les brûlures acides de remontées gastriques dans le but honnête de les tuer.

#15 brett au nez, en bouche c'est plutôt funky mais accessible, acidité légère, cerise bien présente. C'est bien fait.

Pleasently surprised, it's not extremely complex, but I find it balanced and with a great level of cherry and spices :)

Nose is dry and funky with notes of sour cherries and wet wood. Taste is almost creamy with some sour cherries, some cherry pits/almond flavours, slightly sour, tart, somewhat drying, a bit of bitterness and wet barrels.

Juice of tart sun-kissed cherries. Quite mellow sour with a mild sweetness and softness to it that lands it in the low-acidity end of the scale. So pretty friendly with a tart woody edge.
