6.8% sour testing the intersection of hops and acid. Owes its silky body to a heavy dose of flaked oats in the mash, and a mid-fermentation dryhop blend of El Dorado, Citra & Strata lend aromas of strawberry cream and pineapple candy. This is a winner! 🔥

LCI - From Yesterday. Self-identifies as a sour IPA, tweaking the beers acidity level to “enhance juiciness” & provide a tart finish with either calcium carbonate, or depending on how soft Milton, DE water is, phosphoric acid. Not all that sour to me…
