Tastes like Dogfish Head! Which is a good thing. It's hard to find a distinct flavor profile these days!

I’ve had the 2016 version, and now the 2021 version. The original version is hard to find.

This, to me, is an ideal IPA. Excellent hoppy character balanced out with a little bit of malty sweetness. Very similar to 90 Minute IPA, but just a tad smoother and mellower thanks to the bottle conditioning. Cheers! 🍻

Love this unfiltered and dry hopped 90min version. It may be dry on the palate... but very good!

12/14/09: 750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark yellowish color. Aroma is a powerful blast of hops, with notable amounts of sweet, light malts. Flavor is hops, hops, hops. Citrus, grapefruit, pine. It’s a great, wonderful IPA.
