Awesome balance. Big roast bitterness and smooth deliciousness alcohol.

Need to get another to age. This is delicately balanced, bitter, bourbony, warm, and just plain smooth for a 15%+ heavy.

Could drink 20 of them. Wouldn’t remember it, but hey, yolo.

Wow! Such intense flavors in the form of a smooth and malty sipper. In spite of the unholy ABV, there is limited heat. A work of art.

15% well hidden! Great roast, not too sweet. I would have thought 9 to 10%

Sharing this self cellared bottle from 2013. Held up really good.

Drinks like nothing is afoot. Roasty malt with a sting on the center of the tongue. Digit. Bigly.

Okay so first, it is 18% ABV. We checked if this is a record for us, & found that we once checked in a 20% barleywine that (not surprisingly) we hadn't remembered. This:Melted chocolate, fig syrup, pervasive port barrel notes. Elegantly fine achievement.

2018 vintage. There is still a bit of booze to it after the aging.

Surprised I haven't checked in on this one before. Probably first time on draft. Seems to be considerably better.

Very heavy stout. Almost tastes barrel aged. As good as it gets.

Never better🍻at 18% ABV. This 2016 has a dark chocolate pallet that works perfectly with the high ABV.

2023 variant. Always a nice blend of dark fruit and chocolate.
