Not a ton of flavor left on the front end. Some caramel and dates on the back end. Good carbonation and mouthfeel left on it

We let her age a bit. Real thick pine notes kinda sticky. Surprisingly not much burn but strong alcohol after-bite with subtle sweet notes.

Boozy and old. Like the dust of a bottle in grandpa's basement. Rich with homemade ketchup, pickled veggies and bath tub brandy. What once was a beer is now an alcoholic artifact.

Meh…just tastes like old boozy sugar water now. Not what I remember from fresh drinks of 120, or even younger bottles. Ages well?

Hoppy strong and a bit aggressive. Thankfully doesn't leave a deep after taste but feels like a bourbon barrel age. Doesn't work quite as well for an IPA for me. Not for me

Very good, liked it better with six years in it but only slightly.

Ages well - continually hopped over a 120 minute boil and then dry hopped for over a month. Enjoy now or age for a decade or so.

Smell between corny malts & pithy earthy piney hops. Complex earthy bitterness each sip. Maybe would've loved this rocket fuel a few years back, nowadays not so much my thing. Heartburn juice.
