Aged very nicely, smoothed out, less bite, mello hops and malt. Very nice.

04/08/16. This is absolutely lovely. Peak aged 120 Minute IPA is still as sublime a beer drinking experience as any other out there. You can say it's not a real IPA. I won't argue with you. I don't care what it is. I love it.

First time I had DF 120, you got a 2 oz pour at a packed Addison Flying Saucer. It was that popular and rare. A year later I was able to get a bottle of it for one of my final 200 for my plate. This glass was my first from FS. RIP Addison Flying Saucer.

(Never checked in last night) Caved and cracked it open. Wanted to wait but fuck that. Life's too short. This was as good as the 2014 bottle. The booziness almost disappeared
