Possibly the best WWS variant Iโve had. The age mellowed it out quite a bit from the first time I tried it.

This aged amazing but gotta keep it at 4.75 because of how thin it is. Not hot at all now though I could chug this shit

Raisin nose, raisin caramel to smooth vanilla with a touch of bitterness as it warms and some of the alcohol too. Cold this was smooth and went down easy. Really nice, Patrick C. Thanks!

Apparently, this is something that ages well. Ok. Unfortunately, I donโt personally do really well in cellaring, so I think Iโll suck 3 out of the 4 down, enjoy, and see if I can hold off for n opening the last. This is deep, rich, and oaky. Cigar beer.

At room temp: notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, rum and even tequila. Will get better as it mellows out over the next few years if aged properly.
