Damn. I think this is better than the actual Utopias. A little thin on the mouth feel but balanced barrel note and the backbone of world wide stout. Would definitely age for couple more years.

Enough beer geek firepower to chub up even the most jaded new wave connoisseurs. Enjoyed multi bottle$ of ‘20 & ‘21 over holidays. Nice job of getting the Utopias spirit to express through a gorilla sized stout. Brewery conglomeration pays off for once.

Found this buried in the fridge while waiting for the tornados to roll through. This has aged well. Figs, raisins, toffy, brown sugar. Quite nice all around.

I mean, just so complex. Cherry gives way to chocolate gives way to barrel. The layer of flavor and complexity grows with each sip—tobacco, raisin, coffee. Just a bit harsh on the back end, only reason for the 4.75.
