Woah. Surprisingly smooth for a higher ABV. Many flavors on the palate.

I think cellaring since 2014/15? Anyhow, it's damn good - tastes like an oatmeal raisin cookie. No abv burn whatsoever.

Wow massive big malts alcohol heat long into the finish. Low carbonation but it does not need it. Massive dark fruit dominates the palate with alcohol heat. Needs more time to mellow. Still tasty.

A raisinous delight. Extra Brown. Gonna grab another to save for a few years, it's a bit hot still and I expect the raisin flavor to ⏫ over time

Bottled Dec 2018. No head or carbonation. Smooth, boozy, and malty with notes of raisin and fig...and heapin helpin of brown sugar.

This one was bottled 12/21/19. Nice fruity aroma and taste. A little hazy/ cloudy. A little bit of a bite but not too bad. Like the bottle says, “Ages Well”.

Been a long time since I’ve had this. Still very tasty stuff. Very strong ale, and pretty boozy. Awesome beer offering for a work event!

Dark fruit and alcohol on nose, slight fusel notes. Medium body. Follows nose, could stand a bit more malt sweetness and body to bring things into balance… but also to be expected sitting at 16.5% abv

Bottled 01/11/2019. I’ve sat on this for several years. Malty, boozy, lots of raisin flavor. I don’t get a lot of brown sugar flavor but maybe it’s faded over time. Pretty smooth so this could get dangerous

Initial hit (cold) is macallan 12 or Louis with sugar. More to come as it warms up.
