Head 2 Head with Dragon’s Milk. BOTH are faves. 1st off even 3 yrs age vs fresh DFH is boozy as hell (17.5 vs 11% makes sense) idkw it’s gonna smooth out🤷🏻♂️ DM has the drink ability down pat, but the vanilla of DFH trumps the bourbon of the DM. More..

Wow just wow! No head sadly and was worried it'd be too boozy but it works. Smooth and rich with strong roasty notes upfront with a subtle vanilla finish!

Wish I knew what year this was. Age did it well. Perfectly balanced. Vanilla comes and carries til mid body. Smooth finish. 🤟🏻👏🏻 Big boy beer night.

The oak notes are simply awesome, it’s like drinking wood. Aged somewhere between 3-4 years in my basement, happy belated birthday to me! 😁

Watching the storms roll in. Pink Floyd playing and a great Oakes aged vanilla stout. Great flavor vanilla and oak. Awesome pour.

Super rich, boozy, with heavy tones of vanilla and rich roasty flavour and aroma.

Another one from the cellar (aged at least 3 years). Really mellow and complex. Tons of oak and vanilla. Not even a hint of booze, which makes it that much more dangerous. Almost wish I’d waited another year to see how much better it would’ve been.

Still amazing. Paired it with brownies and vanilla ice cream because I wanna be 300#

Dark opaque black oil. Aroma dark malts, coffee, oak, bourbon. Licorice and toasted vanilla. Taste is velvet sweetness and malt burnt ends with coffee, vanilla bean, bourbon. Dessert wine. Warming alcohol. Smoke and char. Sweet cherry old fashioned.

Mixed a 2017 with a 2014 120 IPA to create an unbelievable Heaven and Hell. Good company, Happy 2023.
