Round 3 - Catch up - no words! Nectar of the gods. Congnac, amaretto, oak, bourbon, rye, and rum notes throughout the entire experience however keeping true to the 120 Minute Hop levels. Babygirl was born and now using my down time. She’s Here! Aurora

This is crazy good! A nice light ipa to accompany reading a book by the fire! Mr. Gilmer is a prince among men for bringing this back from Philly!

Minimal carbonation. Caramel body. Brown butter/caramel/oak/vanilla aroma. Medium/full mouthfeel. A master class. The barrel-aging turns a monster IPA into a world-class barleywine. So balanced. Sublime.

What an incredible beer. The hops are there but step aside for the figgy, caramel finish the utopia brings. I thought I'd kick off '24 on a high note.

It’s a good thing I don’t have a lighter nearby - this would set off a huge fire! Dude.

Before you take a sip, be sure to enjoy the aroma. The somewhat cloudy amber pour packs a lot. Sweet fruity note just begs you to taste it and then - pow, bang, wow! So much to take in. It’s an IPA that’s more sweet than bitter, boozie but still smooth

Not a hint of IPA left in this. Sweet and smooth. Thanks for pointing out the cellar, Matt!!!

Quickly becoming a favorite the more I drink it. As it ages, it really leans into a barleywine style and is so damn delicious. Killer malty caramel, vanilla from the whiskey, and a lighter (this time) hop balance. It is both big and complex.
