Damn. That's every bit as good as it should be. And then even better than that

Amongst the best I've had. Barrel aged is the way to go.

Nose caramel, toasted malt, light vanilla. Taste caramel, toffee, light dank, vanilla, then maple syrup and barrel.

That’s a boozy beer! The barrel is very prominent and slightly sweet 🍻

I'll be damned but Utopias turned out to be much more complimentary to 120 than it was to WWS, not that I didn't enjoy that one. It almost feels like these two were made for each other. All the Utopias notes go hand in hand with the best bits of 120.

17%’er? I knew what I was signing up for and this doesn’t disappoint. Sipping my way through this boozy beer and thinking I should have bought more.

I almost wanted to not like this, but it’s really very complex and hard to dislike on its merits alone. For those who haven’t had Utopias, this is almost a nicer version of that, yet a lesser version of regular 120 Minute.

Pretty solid. I have a feeling this would age amazingly

Whoa. When splitting it with Rachel, she looks over me and says “it feels great”

Thanks VonGizi ! Already a 120 fan but the barleywine, raisin flavor added another level to its mystery.

Ya un barley wine. Intensa, alcoholosa. Muy dulce, frutos secos, madera, amarga. Bieeen difícil de tomar, la neta.

Caramel, brown sugar, &mildly fruity nose. Caramel & brown sugar up front. Mild fruitiness in the middle. Light vanilla, some mildly tart citrus, & some noticeable booziness in the finish.

So much going on. Spicy nose. Not much in the way of booze. Smooth and sweet, ABV cleaning it off on the back, but the flavors linger. Time and place…. And split the damn bottle
