Fan-damn-tastic...🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Interesting... It's not giving me that familiar face-numbing feeling that I've gotten before. Relating it to music, it has a much darker tone than before as well. Either it's a funny batch, a different recipe, or I've grown accustomed to my numb face...

A Classic from Dogfish Head. Creamy, Easy Drinking, Sweet Finish. Recipe hasn't changed much from the last 10yrs!

Much more approachable and drinkable than I was expecting. Smooth, but a great hop profile. Slightly sweet, but not too malty. Nice fruit notes throughout; I get apple and pear

This is on spruce tips via Randall the Enamel Animal and is it a wonderful addition. It add a resinous character to the beer that highlights the IPA portion of this very malty and delightful ale.

Obviously it’s boozy, but it’s not overpowering. Hop bite off the rip followed by sweet caramel malts. Some toasted biscuit on the end. Definitely a one and done type of beer. All in all it’s a great drink. I look forward to this one each year.

Hoppy and boozy. A nice way to unwind near the end of the week.

Orange/light-umber with the thinnest eggshell head. Medium-light body, & mouthcoating. Hop-profile way more mild than I expected. Nicely balanced w/ delicate notes of tangerine, agave nectar, grapefruit, and brandy. Warming alcohol, but not harsh.

Feel like this style has lost its charm. I used to love these, but hazy TIPA's have ruined me.

My first time trying this and I'm very impressed but also feeling generous

Dank, dense, oily hops on nose; slight boozy/alcohol burn on palette along w/ pine and spice in the background; semi sweet finish. I got 9 more bottles, so those will stay in the cellar for future aging checks.

It’s a big one! We will see how it ages. Extremely rich and big big hops.

My friend shared it with me. Still great. $25 a bottle though is rough.
