2019. Bourbon, raisin, dark chocolate aroma. Rich chocolate, fig, some raisin, and a lot of bourbon without any harshness. Well balanced. Really fantastic at this point, though I don't know what it was like new in 2019. I'd never guess it's 18%.

That’s a massive shot of bourbon! Can’t imagine what this might have been like fresh as it’s still coming in strong 3 years later. There’s a very long warming sensation that lasts all the way down to your belly. Tasting notes: Bourbon! Thanks Kainoa C.

2019, specific time stamp generally illegible on this batch. After warming a bit, mostly chocolate bourbon stands out.

Still potent at 18.3%, bottled 11/01/2019, last of the Dinosaurs, Dogfish World Wide Stout the Best!!!

Probs shoulda started with this. Barrel is still there bjt not as harmonic as id like. But ya know what… 18% means in a few sips that likely won’t matter.

Still kinda impressively hot. Dont know why I didnt tick it before. 18.3%. Hot. Barrel. Fudge. Wish I could remember fresh.

Bottled March of 2019. Thick and chewy. The years of aging have made it smooth woody and slightly sweet with a nice mouthfeel and a slightt alcohol burn. I'm inspired to go buy some more and age them.
