Aroma of cigars and orange chicken. Maybe some brioche. Yeah I’ll stand my orange chicken brioche bun sandwich while smoking a cigar reference.

Another one I had hidden away in the cellar for a while. Cheers!

Dam 18% and it’s tastes like it

Seems like at least 4 years (and more is probably better) is the sweet spot. Tasting amazing now. I hope I can find more aged one laying around in San Diego.

Aged extremely well, smooth, creamy and mellow, entering Barley Wine territory. Tons of caramel and molasses. Still boozy but in a good way. Color changed over the years.

One of the best...Ages so well.

4 years old, definitely mellowed out and has lost the hot bite! Tastes more like a 10%er now. Like a hoppy barleywine, caramel rye bread.

Actually drinking pretty good. Getting mostly caramel and citrus, and some pith bitterness

Maybe I’m over them… age didn’t do much to improve this other than it tasted old.

Sweet. Caramel. Smooth mouth feel. A sipper. Booze is starting to settle down.

This drinking this beer will either kill me or save me

Age basically turns this into a barleywine. Noice.

Dried fruits, booze, apple juice. Interesting. Thanks Bruce.

4 years. Happy wedding G. Happy baby. Happy boards. Happy wedding Vuk. It tastes like leather if it were another way to drink/eat cow

Gotta love friends who cellar beer and then forget about it. Malty, caramelly, boozy yet smooooth.
