Hotter than hell! That said, it all works. The yeast must have been highly resilient. Strong espresso and cacao notes. Finishes like bourbon.

Mellowed very nicely, boozy nose, strong chocolate notes leads to flavorful utopias finish, aged 2 years and better for it! Super smooth now!

Wow, 17.3%er aged for two years, pour into a mini sniffer and I am enjoying the hell out this great boozy chocolately stout.

Chocolate forward. Boozy. Medium body. Vanilla, malty. Really tasty. Love it.

Stout aged in the rara avis of all barrels - Sam Adams Utopias barrels. Gives a hint of what Utopias must taste like (I don’t know).

My last one - I might cry a little. Raspberries caramel, dark chocolate, booze in the nose. Taste matches. Crazy long finish that continues to bloom after swallowing. Coating without being syrupy on the tongue. Sweet, decadent, rich as get-out. Awesome.

"Write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year" Ralph Waldo Emerson this is a complete masterpiece. It's strong and dark and mysterious. It's a carnival of flavors. Carmel, molasses with nutty notes. Cherry and raisins this is epic yum

Rich, roasty, chocolate bourbon bomb. Monster barrel notes. World wide may be kinda gimmicky but you know exactly what you’re getting…a monster BA stout.
