This is a fun one. Easy drink. Hint of oak and age. Lightly hopped and resinous. Citrus notes.

Almost a little hazy… and absolutely full of flavor with a great mouth feel.

A: floral, piney hops, grapefruit, funk, stonefruit and pineapple. T: floral, soft grapefruit, sweet, bready malts, mild classic brett notes of funk and pineapple, a touch of pine. Medium body, dry finish.

Very interesting brew for sure. You get the hops and the citrus right away and then it fades quickly into that funky brett pineapple sweetness and rounds out a little tart with the wild ale addition. I don’t love it, but bonus points for creativity.

"Off Centered" for sure, this has a lot going on for a 6.5% ABV "IPA". Copped a single on a mix a six spec, def worth another visit🍻

Interesting! Aroma is hoppy as hell! Hoppy flavor with a touch of sweetness and oak!

Glad I tried this. Very intriguing and the hops are not front and centre, but the bitterness is uppity and nice.
