Super strong 17%. Dogfish Head Stout aged in Samuel Adams Utopia barrel. Sweet. Bourbon smooth. Port like

Delayed check in. This was very different than a typical wws. Much less agressive wothout the aging, and a large influence from the barrel. Hewvy fruit instead of the typical roast and chocolate.

Good! Probably would have been even better if I had let it age 12 or more months. Very high alcohol, more than wine. Better served with fatty food.

Super warm! Tons of barrel/abv heat...so much so I lost the base a little. Drinks like a bourbon more or less. Need to try some Utopias now I guess..thanks Ray M.

This may end my night before it begins but it is spectacular. Takes an already excellent stout and adds a smooth boozy base. If you're in a stouty mood, you should grab this when available.

Basically BCBS, with a touch more barrel. Not hot, but the barrel is everywhere. Dry, unsweetened dark chocolate.

Prune, oak, dark fruits, baking spices aroma. Thin mouthfeel. Huge boozy barrel finish. Almost like a shot of whiskey. Drying bitterness. Some ashy flavors comes through quite a bit. Thanks Louie V. 👍
