Forgot I had one of these in the cellar. Gosh darn amazing still after 5 years. No bubbles but the flavors were on point. (Had it this past week, not this morning.)

When you decide to clean out the fridge and reduce the stockpile. You open the savoured and aged Higher Math. Boozy and delicious!

5 years aged and this beer has FINALLY mellowed into something delicious and smooth. 17% and tastes like a cocoa cherry kriek.

Thursday. Really good, but does not warrant price ($18? Back in 2017?).

Held on to two bottles from 2015. Figured I would crack them open for the 25th birthday year of Dogfish Head. Aged very well!

Got a little more cherry mustiness on this one, but I still love it. Tobacco, caramel, cherry, oak.

Well aged. Dried cherries, raisin, fig, burnt sugar, molasses.

Strange beer, but all-in-all it ends up tasting like a barelywine blended with red wine. I'm down. 17% is there, but not objectionable

Very complex boozy treat. So smooth. I might not be totally into the cherries, but this is amazing. Thank you April for this delightful aged treat.

Bottled 10/25/15, still remember buying it from DTC. Turned out way better than I thought it would be, glad I held onto it for a while.

Stronger than strong , πͺπ» I appreciate this heavy style , but whilst heavy it still goes down like a sweet ale, TOP NOTCH

Love this beer! But it ain't cheap! Since it's no longer being made, it's only released intermittently. And at 17%, you don't need but one at a time.

10/20/2015 sweetness, definitely has the cherry and honeyish coat on the lips. Definitely aged well, unlike some others posting. Hopefully the others did just as well!

My second to last bottle. The pour looks like apple cider. ZERO carbonation. Not overly sweet.
