120 Minute Ipa (2022)

IPA - Triple

One kickass IPA. Continuously hopped with a copious amount of high - alpha america hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and the dry hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy

Pretty sure this is the strongest beer I’ve ever drank at 16.6%. To be honest I was scared that I wouldn’t like it. Turns out I had no reason to fret. Way more enjoyable than I convinced myself it wouldn’t be. Tasty. Thank you Jeremy V.

They should call this a quadruple IPA. This is huge bold flavor and 16+%. I get some apple cider and sweetness, malt, caramel, with some booze carrying the flavor throughout. This leaning toward a whiskey barrel aged ipa or a barleywine.

Why not take a hugely hopped IPA and age it in used stout barrels? The stout sweetness kinda hides some hops but still I’m a sucker for big flavor stuff like this. Very barleywiney but the good kind

This be a cellarable IPA, so I opted for a seriously hardened nonic glass. Amazing sipper as always with only a touch of detectable ethanol @17% abv. Very nearly the most expensive 4pk I ever purchased. At least 2nd place... maybe 3rd place @$54.99. It's

Done eating pizza, and now sipping on 120 minute IPA as a digestif. In this moment, ahhh, life is good. Sooo good!

Malty aromas with sweet honey aroma notes. Heavy bodied. Smooth. Strong malty sweet flavors with honey forward sweetness throughout. Moderate hop flavors. Heavy. Lingering sweet honey flavors with dry piney hop notes.

Boom!! As always, this beer burns on the way down and on the way out. Is it syphilis or 120 Minute that's making it burn? So I need a shot from the doctor or the bartender?
