Its in my top 10 (whatever that means). But it's a perfect stout. Huge notes of vanilla and not boozy in the slightest bit

Talk about a back of the cooler find. Well done Charlie, and I probably will be. Let it warm a bit.nose has mellowed, rich smooth great transition. First vanilla then oakiness, some booze on the finish. Strongest alcohol bite is early, leaves a tingle too

Catch up - Round 3 - So 3rd times the charm I guess…strong, oaky, liquid vanilla, South American coffee flavors and aromas, spices, clove undertones and a deep fall feeling. Get cozy! Sadly my lady of this series

Last one in the stash. I don’t go this high often but it’s painfully simple but so damn tasty. The oak and vanilla round out the barrel burn with sweetness that is taking the bite. DFH just really nailed it with this one.

This aged amazingly well. Blackstrap molasses is the primary flavor with subtle vanilla and super boozy.

Aging nicely after 5 years. Super smooth, still lots of vanilla coming through. Even smoother and sweeter as it gets closer to room temperature.

Have never seen this on draft, so had to try it. It's at a premium price, of course. If you have the means, I highly recommend it.

I almost feel bad for mixing this with Belgian chocolate ice cream to make a float, but it was delicious.

Annual black Friday DFH gift card sale, then lunch. Drinking my favorite version of the WWS.

I am required to check this in every time I open one ( and this is not the last). Bottled on 06/05/2017

So big, so smooth, aged extremely well - vanilla was prominent and provided great lip feel, barrel aging hung in there

Almost 7 years later and still had good carbonation for a big stout.

Nearly seven years in the cellar and it’s better than I ever remembered.

Cellared this one for the past seven years. Having my first born was definitely the occasion to bring it out and open. Just like my son, it was well worth the wait.
