A little disappointed this year lost 2.5% in ABV... Still incredibly roasty and sweet with abv that'll whop ya if you're not looking! I feel a little bit thinner than previous years.

Notes of chocolate bourbon and red wine on the nose. Taste smooth huge roasted notes with a bittersweet chocolate with the back end of red wine

Chocolate-y without being sweet. Reminder when you were a kid and you saw the semi-sweet baking chocolate in the pantry and thought you outsmarted the whole world...?

A tad more coffee flavor than I usually prefer, but balanced with dark chocolate. Very roasty and smooth, dangerously easy to drink.

Trying next to Wake Up, Utopias, BB version. Not nearly as different tasting as I made it sound. There is chocolate & coffee & booze. But there is a little more fruitiness. I must have been very drunk when I had the first one. It's way better than a 3.25.

Pretty much one of the best in the game - a bit sweet with big bold stout flavors. No head.
