It really does remind me of those delicious Dogfish caution caps from back in the day!

Beef Jerry taste, not sure if skunked but not what I expected. Warmup helped but very disappointed. Barley any coffee and cacao as described. Will give them benefit and pass on rating.

Could have held on to this longer. Has some boozy heat still.

Miss being able to get this on draft before the Alehouse by home closed down

Cocoa, molasses, dark roasted coffee. You know you’re drinking an imperial stout but smoother than I expected based on ABV. not something I’d buy again but glad I tried it.

Great flavor but . . . it almost burns going down. I’ve had other high test stouts that were much smoother and weren’t like taking a swig out of a bottle of everclear.

Tastes very different from before. Used to be boozy chocolate coffee, dark molasses, licorice & slightly hoppy. This has no coffee or licorice or boozy. It's very fruity, cherry apple orange molasses is the most prominent flavors. A flavor downgrade to me

Super strong dark chocolate and cherry flavors. Not my favorite.

Big ABV heat on the tongue. Loads of roasted malt. This is old school big stout, but is missing some of the flavors in newer recipes.

It's good but not cold. Let it warm up and the the flavors spring up. Little strong but nice burban flavors

Sweet, boozy chocolate and cherry roast. Very, very sweet. At least it’s not oily or thick like a The Bruery.

Balanced sweetness, distinctly roasty. Alcoholic. Roast bitter aftertaste leaves something to be desired.

15.5% abv and too sweet. Like it didn't fully ferment. Flavor is still really good, but the sugar is hard to drink past.

Beerfest. Pretty good overall but not the best stout.
