Blijft een verrukkelijk bier. Super lekkere kersensmaak. Niet te zoet. Iets rins. Lichte ondertoon van kaneel.

Pours a deep red with a hint of pink. Thin and brightly pink head. Big whack of cherries on the nose. Taste is more cherry as you’d expect but a lot sweeter and not as tart or sour as you might expect. Instead it’s nicely balanced and refreshing.

Well balanced, although perhaps a little on the sheet side, with plenty of cherry flavour. Very nice.

Cherry lambic. Aroma, predictably, of deep cherry but with a nice ‘real fruit’ freshness. Taste brings similarly delicious fruity sweetness and tartness, with a slightly sour overall balance and almost ‘homemade’ fresh fruit. Hugely quaffable in the sun!
