December share. There are many aged treasures at Spec's in New Braunfels at their original cost, like this from 2013 just waiting to go home with someone. Just waiting there year after year. Funky Belgian gold, cellared at yesterday's price.

This is an extraordinary beer, sour dry and tart but with an underlying sweetness of berry. What is so incredible is that this beer is 8% but if I had to guess I would have said it was less than 5. A beer of perfect balance.

A welcome change from the IPAs. Need a break, at least until tomorrow. This geuze has all the usual things - it's tart, dry and a little funky, but there's more to it. There's a fruitiness, almost like apples, like an apple cider here. Very nice stuff!

Très mauvaise, amère et râpeux à souhait, peut être un brassin de raté, ça ne ressemble en rien a une geuze

2014 Colore aranciato con un filo di schiuma. Al naso sentori di cuoio, stalla, arancia. In bocca travolti dalla bollicina, si evolve nel bicchiere con note di agrumi, chiodi di garofano e note funky. Acidità che avvolge e ripulisce il palato. Perfetta!

Мне зашло. Приятная сухая горечь, а ля свеже скошенный овес. Хорошая сухость присутствует. В целом хорошо, все к в стиле, но на любителя.

Ароматика мандариново и уксуса,во вкусе ну бля уксус плюс цедра апельсина,тоник воплоти,хороший биттерок,яркий уксус с хмелём,очень кисло,горько стиль дико выдержан,грубо если честно,кислые затхлые носки,но видимо так и должно быть)

Une horrible amertume qui vient râper le palais et la gorge. Un buvable. Peut-être y a-t-il eu un problème sur cette bouteille ce brassin. Le nez est pourtant agréable et la note acide non sucrée est bien là.
