Gueuze avec un profil un peu moins classique. Moins effervescente, moins « vive », moins légère. Elle est un peu plus amère, un tantinet plus sucrée également. La pommette et le sauvage restent bien présents, belle complexité dans l’ensemble.

2016, aroma is ALL funk, takes no prisoners it’s so much funk, taste is little apple and DRY, hoping for more on the taste, overall fine beer

Не зашло, резина в запахе и вкусе все испортила. Если не убрать, то был бы хороший гозе.

Beautiful, funk-forward Geuze with a bit too much alcoholic heat that flattens out the palate. So close to perfection, but Boon's stuff just tends one or two percentage points too high in their ABV.

Nu lambikas, yra lambikas. Gink dieve blogu žodžiu neminėsi. 2017 vintažas, rūgštumas kaip geuze vidutinis, grybas solidarus, gal kiek stipresnio poskonio ir švelnesnio priešskonio nei anksčiau ragauti geuze, bet koks aš specialistas...

I like that the sourness isn't too strong, but all the flavors are just out of balance here. Not worth the effort put into making it. Almost rancid at times and goes into that porty potty direction.
