Lambic - Gueuze

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label is the driest gueuze we've ever made. Combining a full-bodied taste with nearly 100% fermentation degree was a big challenge. This gueuze has a clear golden body with lively carbonation, balanced sourness and flavors of green apple and grapefruit. This is finished off with a long bone-dry aftertaste. The Lambics used for this blend have aged for 1, 2, and 3 years on oak casks. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.

OG batch. Cork released very casually on its own. Really nice carbonation and delicious all around. Wish I had a few more.

Бокал Averdobe пошёл в расход, но сабраж в итоге был совершен! Приятнейший гёз, очень мягкий и выдержанный. 2016 год. Сухой, терпкий, в яблочко и виноградную шкурку. Отлично созрел! Произведен в деревне Лэмбик, давшей имя стилю. Знатная штука!

Great geuze by all means, but not as dry as promised. Perhaps more balanced than the ordinary version; it is still a complex sour, yet quite easy and almost a bit more rounded for the style.
