The sweetness and sourness are just buitifully balanced, not so sour and almost not sweet at all. Apple and citrus aroma. Little bit of mineral mouthfill in the end.

Бабушкин клюквенный компот. Ничего плохого в этом вкусе нет, но цена в 800₽ за бутылку слегка алкогольного компота - феерический перебор. Распили на двоих, впечатления совпали. 350 ml

Nez sur pêches mûres et pommes vertes. En bouche ça s'estompe un peu et l'acidité se fait sentir légèrement. La minéralitée est bien présente. Un beau blend. Tout est bien balancé rien de trop prenant. Se prends très bien en après-midi au soleil. Good.

Tart, woody, more interesting as it warms. Pretty fantastic beer. In bottles at CBU.

Light on the Belgium spice. Getting the apple with a crisp dry finish. Loaded with carbonation. Nice and refreshing.

Wow. A shot of electric, liquid rock with waves of grapefruit and bleu cheese behind. Perfect acidity, perfect CO2 and body, just flawlessly balanced and seething with energy. An incredible bottle. How much better could this get? 9.5/10

Batch 1, 4 yrs since last check in. Tons of carb, beautiful balance and funk, slightly sweet. This beer has not lost a step and may be getting better. Sad this is my last bottle
